With a family-owned ethos and a passionate team, we combine our love of travel with exceptional expertise. Our co-owners, Jon and Karen, lead the business from the Australian office and we have a small London team, within which this role will sit.

We are seeking the right person for this role. You will be a self-starter and a skilled Snr Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager. This post will support the Head of Marketing in delivering the marketing strategy and associated campaigns. As Snr Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager you will play an important role in helping us achieve our growth goals 2025 and beyond. The role requires strong digital marketing expertise alongside a sound understanding of advertising and print production and a can-do attitude. This role is a minimum of 3-4 days per week or across a 5-day week if working school hours. This role would suit someone looking for variety and ownership in a fun sector but who would also like the support and direction of a Head of Marketing.  

This role could be held as a staff position or on a self-employed contract basis. The salary range is £30,000-£ 38,000 per annum (full-time pro rata), depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As Snr Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on executing marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business goals and promoting our portfolio of professional healthcare and cultural tours.

Campaign Development and Execution

Implement marketing campaigns to promote around 40 tours annually, working closely with the Head of Marketing.

  • Coordinate advertising plans and sponsorships to support the tours roster. Negotiate packages that best meet our budgets with titles that best serve the tribes we are targeting.
  • Manage the production of print materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with client engagement goals.

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital campaigns across platforms, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), creating engaging content and fostering community growth.
  • Oversee website updates and enhancements to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Optimise email marketing campaigns, managing segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Analyse digital marketing metrics and use insights to refine strategies.

Content Creation and Brand Management

  • Support the content editor with storytelling efforts to highlight the unique value of our tours.
  • Write content for email marketing and social media posts
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing outputs.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work with the Partnerships Manager to build relationships with professional organisations and associations and provide marketing collateral and content when deals are made.
  • Contribute to the organisation and delivery of online and offline events for prospective and existing clients.
  • Support PR initiatives and media outreach to increase brand visibility as directed by the Head of Marketing.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  • Expertise in advertising, media planning, and print production processes.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools (HubSpot/Mailchimp)
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the travel, education, or healthcare sectors is a plus, but not essential.
